Because the winner didn't send their address within 7 days of auction end, seems like standard listia procedure to me.

They are from the Vietnam era and the two that have just one star is the national defense service ribbon if I remember correctly then three ribbons that have the three red lines going up and down are the ribbons that were issued to military members that served during the Vietnam war
