Medium, but will fit a slighly larger size. i'm sorry about the picture...it looks sloppy, but the shorts dont hang smooth because of the way the material supports some areas more than others. There is no top! Just the shorts...I only used the stock photo so you could see how its worn and how it works. The waist goes up over the stomach-slimming the belly and thighs and slims the rear-end by adding lift as well as support. I wore this only once when I went to a wedding.
