100+ Chile Pequin seeds, harvested Oct. 2012, so they are nice and fresh! Like most hot peppers the pequin can be difficult to germinate, can take 6 weeks+ in soil. Once started, they are a low maintenance plant. Does quite well in containers, a 12" plant will bloom and put on fruit. Outside, will grow to be a 4-5 foot bush. (zone 9 and up)Small dark green foliage, small white flowers, fruits of 1/2" or less, ripen from green to orange to bright red.
