Not sure, but I believe they do. I know this does not help. No one in my household has worn these.

ive sold alot of baby clothes and it may say 12 month but some brands a 12 month will only fit a 9 month ya know ...weird how baby clothes are ....lol I love this outfit .I ordered some camo pants from a lady on here , said 12 month on them , right , when I got them I was like OMG no way they will fit my chunky grandbaby , but they did .....;)

I purchased an entire yard sale that had hundreds of infant and toddler outfits. At the time, I had a booth at a flea market. These few things are left from that. All the boy clothes went to my grandson. That is why I am not sure how the sizing runs.

I can tell you that the phants fit like they should but the shirt dont. i buy that brand all the time.it comes from walmart.
