Oliver can't believe his bad luck. When his mom finally agrees to let him have a dog, she chooses a fluffy little shih tzu instead of the big friendly dog Oliver had been hoping for! Even worse, Mom names their dog Pom-pom- and she won't let oliver have any other pets.
To get around his mom's orders, Oliver decides to open a pet-cat business. His first customer is Bruiser. a huge dog with a mind of his own. But when Bruiser and Pom-pom get together, Oliver has a double dog trouble.
