Hi I Guess if you like the Taste Well Enough you could put in some Extra Liquid Ingredients so it's not too Thick LOL,
I Have Thrown out my Lumbar But never had Surgery done on it,
But I Refuse to take any Man Made Drugs, so I know what you mean

Hi, I know just about everyone I talk to say they would want one LOL,
I will hold an event on FB to Give out free copies, But it is going to be awhile Because I have So many Recipes & I need to get them all together and set up so that the Book is just right,, sorry you dont have the credits Right now But Keep you're eyes open because if this recipe and the others I have posted do good I will be putting them back on 8=)

GIN means ( GET IT NOW ) when someone posts an auction they can add a GIN for a set amount so if someone wants it and they don't want to bid they can click the GIN and win the Auction for the set amount, ( like eBay's Buy it now option ) hope this helps 8=)
