The listing, Pantech Breakout 4G LTE Android phone from Verizon has ended.

This is an excellent phone, we switched to Tmobile and do not need it anymore. Comes with Android. I have never had any issues with this phone. It has all you could want in a phone, 4g, android, awesome camera, big screen, etc... Just look it up and see all it has to offer. It will come with the phone and wall charger. Only a few months old. Will ship on 12-08-12 will get in plenty of time for Christmas

I am pretty sure from what I know about cell phones that Verizon is a cdma carrier so I would guess it is a cdma phone. not 100% sure, but you can not take the sim out of a verizon phone and put in an at&t which from what I understand would make it GSM. If I am wrong, I am sorry.
