Works great. Restored to factory setting. Phone is about 14 months old. Comes with Sprint charger. It is a Sprint phone. No mini sd card, but it does have a spot for it.
I loved this phone, but got an iPhone to upgrade. Lg still works perfectly.

you can have them flash it to at&t it don't matter where you get the phone from. It will just cost you alittle more money

I am not sure. Sprint doesn't use SIM cards. You would have to talk to Sraight Talk about it.
