its not, its a little smaller and its fabric,not plastic like the other,and it just looks that way because of the packaging. peace,julie

yes,in about 2 weeks i will post somemore.after i answered your question i looked at the collar again and the reason it looks like that is its folded in half,not packaced straght out. i thought it was odd too!
