are they in working condition? Do they run off a 12-volt system? Do you accept paypal?

last we knew , yes they work. They have been in storage closet for several years on a shelf untouched. And yes, they run off a 12-volt system. And no I do not like using paypal, have has too many problems with them. I will except a US postal money order or western union.

I would not know that information without knowing where it was going to. I can tell you that with box and packaging they will weigh in at about 15lbs. If you go to US Postal web site there is a place you can get postage cost based on weight and destination. They would be sent via US Post office either priority (if paid for) or standard mail. If you want insurance that would be extra as well. They would be coming from zip code 13433
