you can always find info on line...... but when I used to have one it was like overnight or till they were dry enough. I wish I still had mine but the Ex-wife got it.

Thats why I really need this item!! I want to make all kinds of jerky ( beef, and venison mostly ) I have really gotten into canning and packaging foods for long storage! (because the state this country is in, we are going to need to stock pile!

I had one like this and made the best deer jerky out of deer rounds.I think it took about 2 days on low
