American Stars 2X Maternity Jeans. Has dark blue elastic at the top and a drawstring at the waist to help the fit. They are used, some fading at the thigh and butt. There are no rips, holes or stains. We are a non-smoking house, we do have a dog if this matters to you. Good luck!

the tag says 98% cotton and 2% spandex, they do seem to stretch a bit to me, but when I bought them they were not labled as "stretch" jeans. I consider them stretch jeans, because they were ALWAYS comfy no matter what!
