This is a touch screen digitizer replacement for the iPhone 4 CDMA. It does not come with the LCD or midframe bezel.

How do u attach the LCD to this

There is an adhesive agent that goes between the touch digitizer and the LCD. There is also an adhesive between the glass and mid-frame chasis that should create the seal needed. To be honest, I put my mom's phone together that way just without the adhesive between the LCD and touch digitizer and it works fine. Any of the mentioned items can easily be found on eBay for really cheap.
