This is a genuine white topaz platinum plated ring with a yellow gold plated with genuine diamond accented insert. There's 2 ways to wear the ring. You can wear it with or without insert for 2 entirely different looks. Ring is a size 10 and I really am not sure if it would be sizable or not. Please feel free to ask any questions! I also usually ship out within 24 hours of auction but sometimes I just cannot! I will although keep you updated to when I do ship them out!
