This set of four steak knives are:
Triple tempered Surgical Stainless Steel

Guaranteed. I watched the demonstration two weeks ago, and watched a chef cut wood, and a hammer head, then cut a tomato into thin slices.

These are not even being sold in stores yet, they will soon be on QVC and other tv shopping networks, and also at Sears in months to come.

I bought several pieces, and since I am a new vegan, i won't need these. I also have a Carve N Serve knife up.

Please be careful when using, they are very sharp!
