A brand new sealed ELF liquid eyeliner in #4203 Black. I love liquid eyeliner, it goes on so smoothly without any of the drag and pain of a pencil, and it lasts all day without smudging or the dreaded raccoon eye look. It does take some getting used to, since sometimes the type that has the brush applicator can tickle and make your eyes water. This one has a sort of sharpie tip to it, which takes the whole tickle aspect out of the picture. The tip is also very precise and makes applying this a joy. This states on the packaging that it is smudge-proof, so that's always a plus! :)

This is brand new, still factory sealed. Its full sized at 0.169 fl oz.
