This item is in new condition. It was purchased for our home but unfortunately we have granite flooring in the 2 main rooms it was purchased for, and it say will work on granite but our granite has the deep spots where its like a natural cut and is about 1/4 deep is spots so the robo sweep wasn't able to pick up the dust and dirt like we wanted, Thats why it only comes with 2 cloths, normally it comes with 3

Sure Basically if you'll look at the picture, the gray ball in the middle is charged up and if you'll notice the black ring around the middle of the ball that is a rubber like material. When the ball is charged up that black hole in the top (or looks like a hole) is actually a on and off switch as well as where you charge it up. You turn in on and set it down in the carrier deal that has a cloth like pad on the bottom and just let it go.
