You do not have to bid if you don't want to pay the shipping. I think if you can get them cheaper you are free to get them there.

I'm so glad you can get stuff so cheap!!!!! But new books are over 7 Dollers, and amazon charges 3.99 for shipping plus a list price.$4.99 is not a lot to pay for a used book.
