If the buyer did not read the auction correctly and wins I have the choice to refund or not. I have went through this a lot with lista and everytime I have been told I do not have to refund. if the buyer wants the items after that I have to send them and it can be reposted by the winner to get their credits back that way but I don't have to refund either way.
