This is a personal speaker that can be used with a iPod or Walkman. Pretty much anything that you can plug it into. It's made by Snap-On, takes 2 double A battery's (included), you can hook it on your belt, a bicycle, anything really. It has a latch thing on the back. I put the battery's in it and hooked it up to my iPod and it works great. ( iPod NOT included).

I guess ok. I just hooked my iPod to it and listened, I thought it sounded good. All it has is volume, so don't really know how to answer your question. It sounds good to me.
