Made by Liz Baker of 50% rayon & 50% poly. Tag say it’s a 1X but fits like a 2X. Top is dark blue with black ribbing around the neck & down the front of the outer layer, has long sleeves, hangs straight with side vents & has a double layer look with 1 front button. Bust is 60“, waist is 54“, hips are 62” with a back length of 31.5”. My camera has a “SPOT” problem; any “spots” you see aren’t on the garment or item.
