A very cool flashing bracelet, that has 8 quickly blinking lights in small clear spikes. Great for raves or nightclubs. Has a small on/off button, and the battery still works. They're soft, so they don't hurt if you run or flail into someone.

Has two buttons to adjust size, from 2-3/8 diameter, to 2-3/4

It is indeed. In a dark room, it leaves very nice persistence of vision streaks.

They are fairly bright. You can see it blinking in daylight, and it's highly visible at night, or in dark rooms.
