Wow. All that lady did was ask if you were going to put it on factory settings so she wouldnt have a problem with Amazon or bidding on a deleted auction. YOU asked her to explain both of those things and then got nasty when she did. I just spent money on credits to buy this for my son so I'm glad you showed who you really are before I bid. Who wants to do business with someone who is rude AND thinks she is above the law and Listia rules? Instead of taking two minutes to reset the Kindle, you spend it bashing someone who was just trying to bid without problems. Low class.
