Collectable Pokemon cards and plain white binder with 5 sheets of card holders You will get 12 assorted Pokemon cards. Binder is new! Shipping will be free if auction reaches 1200, otherwise shipping is $3.99 for parcel post mail.

International shipping would be $19.99. It's a good sized binder, but if you do bid, I will double the number of cards for the internatinal bidders.

in the description the shipping is $3.99 if it is $19.99 i won't buy it because the shipping is too high

If you read the ad, (which is hard to do at times, because of the way they list it) it says No international shipping. The US shipping is $3.99. If you are still interested, I will double the cards for you, so at least you are getting your money's worth. International shipping is always expensive, especially on items that are rigid or hard, and not bendable. I could work out something with you, where I could send the pages and cards, minus the binder, then I could lower the shipping. Let me know what you think. thanks for the e-mail!
