Lemon Cucumber Seeds - 20 Plus
The Lemon cucumber is a bright yellow cucumber with mild sweet flesh. The fruits have white flesh resembling that of a lemon. A great cucumber for pickling or slicing both and has especially good flavor when picked young.
I actually like them picked before the whole fruit is blushed yellow - with just a little yellow at the stem end. Yummy!
65 days from plant until harvest
Planting instructions:Plant Lemon Cucumber seeds in late spring in a sunny, well drained location when the cultivated and enriched with organic material ground is warm and all danger of frost is past. Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before setting outside for early crop.
Plant seeds 1/2 to 1" deep. Press soil firmly over seeds.
Nutritional Value: Good source of minerals and vitamins with low calorie benefits, an excellent salad vegetable.
