The listing, Art work of Hummingbird has ended.

This art work is finished gold foil. The frame is not sold with the picture. I buy 8X10 frames at Walmart for 3 dollars. This is a beautiful picture of a hummingbird. There is a tree in the background on the left hand side. There are flowers along the bottom, and right hand side. I did this art. The background is in black.

My husband is an even better artist than I am. It is hard to make good money off of art. My dad has some paintings out also. His name is Kennieth VonderBrink. My husband used to do tatoos. He made good money off of those. He doesn't really do them anymore, now. My husband's name is Joseph or Joe Mingee. I don't know if you will ever see any of his art work or not. Alot of his work stays in the family. He did sell a few of his wood burnings of deer at work. They were beautiful. He works so much that he really doesn't have time to do much though. He could make a fortune off of his art work. If I ever get a chance to post some of his work so you all could see. It would be great.

Yes, Etsy is a very popular, professional site. The only things that can be sold are original works (art, pics, crafts, jewelry), vintage or antique items, and items that can be used to make other pieces of art or build things. It can take a while to start making money, but once you build a following it can really go well. It doesn't cost anything to start, so you have nothing to lose. You are charged 20 cents per item to use the site. They just started using Etsy gift cards as well, which is great for after Christmas sales! You are from a very talented family! O.k. I will fan you. Thanks for the information. My husband and I work alot, and it is hard for us to find the extra time to do art work lately. I really wish that he would get into art bigger. He could probably make a fortune off of his work. My dad has 3 or 4 prints out of some of his art work. He had his picture in the paper a long time ago with the govenor of Kentucky. He gave him one of his pictures. I used to have the newspaper article, but I have no idea where it is now.
