The listing, 1940s HANDPAINTED SILK SCARF has ended.

This vintage silk scarf has a western theme painted in teal, brown, and rust. Even the dainty silk "fringe" is painted around two sides. It looks as if this originally was a square scarf, now cut into a triangle and nicely hemmed along the top edge. It appears to have a signature in one corner, but I can't make it out. Very lightweight silk that shows the design on both sides of the fabric. Each fringed edge measures 17" from top to center point. Measurement across the hemmed top is 28". Free Shipping.
