The listing, AT&T Prepaid Motorola Cell Phone has ended.

This phone is about 2 yrs old . It has only a cpl of small scratches. I'm not sure what model it is but it does work. Would be great for someone who just needs something simple. It DOES NOT HAVE A CAMERA. It needs a SIM card. It comes with the charger.
This item has been relisted because ppl decide they don't want it for some reason. I'm offering free shipping this time . Maybe the winner won't back out this time lol.

It could , but the seller usually wins because the seller is in the right. The rules are basically if you win you are obligated to finish the auction. In other words your bid is your contract .
