Up for auction is a vintage Screech (Bird) from the He-Man series. This is dated 1972 Mattel on the bottom. This has some very mild ware to it. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid. Per listia I have 7 days from end of auction to ship.

I know it did not come out until 1982 but undoubtedly it was miss stamped as 1972

That's because there was a brown version of this that was part of a different line of toys (big jim i think). Mattel re-used the mold for the Sorceress bird, and never changed the stamped info.
