The listing, Old Wooden Weather House has ended.

The temp. reading is close to actual temp. in my house, so I can say that works. Instructins are on the back. Not sure where or when it was made. If I were to guess, I would say Germany, or in that area of the world. And maybe was made 50 years ago or more, just a guess.

I just pulled it out of the closet a couple weeks ago. I have had it a long time, not as far back as my childhood, but we did have one then also. Glad you enjoy it too.

It has a knob on the back to set the people in the front so they will come out according to weather conditions, have not been able to make this work. This may be due to the fact that it is inside my house instead of outside or in a shed, etc.

The people are supposed to come out according to moisture or lack of t, but I think it must be outside for that to be accurate, it does not seem to work in the house, or I don't know how to make the setting in the back.

Ours was kept inside, and it depended upon the weather as to which one was actually outside, it is a treasure for sure
