How wide is this across the hips?

Well, it's hard to tell where it would hit the hips. It is roughly 25" long.
20" down it is 16.5" wide(folded in half).
25" down it bells out to about 19''
I hope this helps!
If you can give me a point in inches(where your hips would be) I can measure it again for you :)
