when you turn it on it flashes and turns off quickly, also theres a side piece missing that keeps it together seen on the 2 pic

Although the DS doesnt work the charger workss fine(:

a new hinge is needed on the right side to fix that issue. in a few rare case's the screen will also need to be replaced. this one might be one of those rare case's.
