You have to pay for shipping by mail, or it is real easy to make a PayPal account, and it can be use for many things. I recommend it.

You do not have to disable onboard video. It is a plug and play, you just put it in the slot, hook up the monitor cable to it, and it will give you video by itself! That's how it works for me!

Not for sure exactly. I have used it for about a year, and I bought it off a friend who upgraded to dual DVI at the time. This works great for Dual Monitors or Split Screens! You can multitask way better with 2 screens. Keep an eye on Listia and your e-mail at the same time LOL
