mine come from the magenta-colored, and flowers can range from yellowish orange to red depending on your soil type.

does well in many zones, including oklahoma, where it's mother lives.

I have these in Iowa and mine bloom bright yellow, But with different soil it might bloom another color?

Correct. In fact, this particular plant, here in Oklahoma, I think does yellowish orange or orange straight up. I'm straining hard, but the best I recall, it was a brilliant orange.
