I purchased several loose gemstones from an auction site several years ago and now have decided to share them with everyone instead of just my closet. I am no gemstone expert and am only repeating the description that the auction site put on the top of card of the stones..

i know nothing more about these gemstones than what is printed on the top of the cards. You are bidding on a total of 9 gemstones.

Nope, no certificate of authenticity but the website that I bought them from (Bidz.com) isn't really known for selling fakes as they have the BBB seal.

I can offer no 100% guarantee of their authenticity.

Just out of curiosity, what was the offered amount, verses the Estimated Retail Price (ERP)? Biz.com sometimes places a value on the item verses what the bid amount is, that sometimes, not always, but sometimes offers a credible value as to the its authenticity.

I looked at all of the envelopes that they sent them in none of them had a value for the loose gemstones. I had ordered a couple of rings along with them and those values were put on the cards but not for just the gemstones. I really can't remember the year that I ordered these and have started a new Bidz account since then. I might have ordered them 7 - 10 years ago. I had a ton more of them but I think those were sold at some other time. If I am wrong and I didn't sell those. i will be listing them here as well.

Very nice auction the picture you have shown as the main picture looks like an ametrine bcuz it looks purple and yellow in the picture.
