I know EXACTLY what you mean about measurements. it's so hard to know the size just by a picture and the the numbers. So here you go. It's an elastic waist, and measures about 26 inches around without stretching out, and the lenghth is not quite 35 inches from top of pants to bottom of leg. Hope this helps out.
