Yea we never had a problem with it. We just used our cell phones way more than the home phone so we dropped it.

Im not sure, I just know it looks different than the original ones but we have also had it for almost 2 years

the only diff between the original and the plus: original you have to have your computer up and running for this to work. the plus you can actually just plug it in to the wall and its good to go, no computer necessary. so do you have to have you computer turned on for it to work? thanks :)

I believe so, it only has the hookup for the computer.

nice good thing to bid on it works great as long as u keep ur internet and its a reg magic jack magic jack plus is black and has two port on the back one for the home phone and one for the ethernet cord so u can plug it in the wall either way plus or not its a great envestment good luck mattshearon9 and to the bidder
