I have just been informed that this broach that was given to me, is from italy. Made with crystals. It is not a cheap item. The picture truly does not do it justice. You can see that it is not a 'cheap' copy.. but I have no proof of italy roots. It does have a 'otc' insignia on the back. If that helps. Thank you all and happy bidding.
