FREE: Glow in the dark nail polish

I seriously suggest that when U email winners the 'recipe' that U remind them the 'secret ingredient' is toxic so polish shouldn't be put on kids or people who bite their nails or put their fingers in their mouth a lot. U'd be surprised how many people won't think of that when they mix it up & somebody gets poisoned :/
