yes ppl paypal does charge a fee for each deposit and withdrawal made to a paypal account

yes but if you do that you can not guarantee person will uphold to their end if it's an item you won and vice versa cause you cant say in the paypal description it was for payment for shipping of item ????? won on lisita. This I dont think would be covered by paypal if you mark as gift

$7.95 for the shipping though for this little item?? Im positive you cna get it shipped cheaperthan that like in a regular box or even in a large bubble wrap envelope for under $5 but i know it's not always easy to get the supplies i been trying to keep plenty of bubble wrap envelopes and USPS boxes around and handy.
