On antique bronze toned metal. Never been worn. Flower "petals" are faceted to add more dimension. Very well made, looks vintage.

what kind of stones?

It appears to be a faceted plastic with rhinestones. Not a gemstone. Most brooches this size are not gemstone as they would be too heavy to wear. It looks vintage, but isn't. The blue petals have the appearance of stones because they have fine detail to them that make them look like stone. Thanks for asking.
