So much to say about this variety of Amaranth!

First off, it is incredibly easy to grow.

Second, The young tender leaves are delicious! Especially in salads.

Thrid, the older leaves are great when cooked like spinach.


Fourth, The flowers spikes make great additions to flower arrangements, or even as their own bouquet..

Fifth, the seeds, when ground up are a gluten free, high protein, low carbohydrate replacement for normal flour.

The uses for this plant are nearly endless!

The winner will receive 1000 seeds from this wonderful plant. My plants grew to nearly 6' tall and produced seeds like crazy! So you know you are getting good genetics from these plants. These are heirloom seeds so they will be true to their mother plant. Also, as always, these plants were grown with absolutely NO petrolium based or artificial fertilizers or pesticides. I hate using the term organic, because that term ahs been over used and convoluted. I prefer the phrase :"the way Mother Nature intended" because i strive hard to raise my plants exactly how she would.
