Have you used this brand before? Are the pigments really strong, or does it take several layers for the colors to appear vividly?

I have this in a different color set but I dont really wear eye make up anymore. I would say the eyeshadow takes a couple layers to get to the color you want but looks really nice. The liquid eyeliner is great the colors are fun, hope this helps (:
