These are a new deck of cards, never opened, and it's a standard deck as described above. As to whether there are jokers in the deck just like regular cards, I have no idea...could be bikes instead of jokers :)
Since I haven't opened any of my decks, I can only describe what I see on the package. Sorry. I'll be auctioning more soon. I have 5 more -- each different, but all of the NIP. Bike pins will also be auctioned, but not all at once.
