The listing, New Elf Primer has ended.

I got this make up primer as a bonus when I ordered make-up from Elf. I have never used it. The plastic top has cracks in it from being pushed around in my make-up drawer. I have tons of samples and make-up stuff I never used and now I am listing on Listia.

Is this for foundation

It is for use with mineral and powder foundations. It creaets a smooth surface, so large pores, etc. don't show.
