Its Brand New,Pre-sealed in the original box. Never been opened... However I've sold a few before at different festivals and sales events and Never had a complaint.
Sorry I can't help you more with that question. The box say's "Real Scale completed High Grade 666AF type Airsoft Gun,Ages 18 and up NOT a Toy " so, I'd say Yes :)

Hey Thats awesome... I sell these for $7.00 Plus a Free bottle of 1000 BB's every weekend at my shop. I've never implied that these guys are like *Top of the Line Powerful* Airsoft Gun as you can buy or anything of the sort.Trust Me... I do know better, Hopefully.... Anyone Buying an Airsoft BB Gun Know's Better also or they should REALLY research' Airsoft Guns are Dangerous. Even the ones that are $3.39+Plus $5.00 shipping from Amazon :)
As a Matter of fact, I have some worth $35.00-$60.00 retail. I Just wanted to share simple things that the average person may want. The Box plainly states Must be 18 years old to purchase this gun...
