hobo hippy skirt in blues and greens.
One size fits most. I have shown it pulled most of the way in and as far out as the waist gets. It is a pull string without any elastic at all in the waist,making it truely a one size fits most type of skirt.
the fabric is thin, but not sheer, very light weight.

yes, I wear a 16 and I still have plenty of room to tie it in still, but I dont know how to judge how big it would go up to. to be on the safe side I would say up to an 18 ladies.
