I have been lucky enough to get the recipes (2) for them and I will share these recipes with the winning bidder via email on here or any email addy you send me (FREE SHIPPING). I am also going to include as a Bonus a recipe for Crab Balls and a Baked Crab and Shrimp Loaf. So you will get 4 total recipes if you win. If I have made you hungry thinking about eting some nice Crab cakes here is a recipe for you to use right now to make a nice Crab Sandwich. Enjoy!
Crab Sandwich (Makes 4 open faced sandwiches)
2 English Muffins, split and toasted.
1/2 lb. cooked or steamed Crab Meat.
4 Slices of Tomato.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
1/3 Cup finely chopped Celery.
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice.
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise.
4 slices Cheddar Cheese.
Cover each split and toasted half of English Muffin with 1/4 of the crab meat. Place a tomato slice on top. Salt & Pepper to taste. Mix Celery, Lemon Juice & Mayo in a small bowl to make a spread. Spread on top of tomato slice and put a slice of the cheese on top. Broil in oven just until cheese melts.
