A couple questions--Which issues does this collect? How many pages? And would you consider a GIN?

On the back of the book it says that this book is a collection of the first five issues of the series and that this book contains a new introduction by Stephen King. Does that help? It's at least 75 pages, I'm guessing, no page numbers!

I don't know. All it says is that it was published in 2010 and it is a collection of previously published comics
