yeah for sure. I work with computers but 100% of them are pre-winxp and have outdated parta lol. I'm at 29k currently. I have one external tb drive but I'm trying to get another and an internal one. can you message me parts and components you have? like mobos, cpus, memory...I'm looking to do some upgrades

I have used it on windows 7 Ultimate and 8 Pro and I would imagine it will work on any preceding versions of Windows as well. My bf also used one on his macbook.

I don't bother wasting DVDs when I have a portable hard drive. ;)
You can play AVI files on almost any video player with a USB interface.
